Ingredients of Broccoli Fried Rice
- 1 cup blanched broccoli
- 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 small sliced & slit yellow bell pepper
- black pepper as required
- 2 cup boiled brown basmati rice
- 2 washed & dried kashmiri red chilli
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1 teaspoon chopped green chillies
- 1 sliced & slit red bell pepper
- salt as required
- 1 handful chopped coriander leaves
How to make Broccoli Fried Rice
- Step 1 Saute dry red chillies and garlic on a panHeat oil in a pan, then saute dry red chilies and garlic for about a minute on low flame.
- Step 2 Add the veggies to the panNow, add onions, green chilies, and ginger. Saute for a minute on medium flame and then add bell peppers to the pan. Saute it again.
- Step 3 Finally, add broccoli floretsOnce the veggies are sautéed, add broccoli florets to the pan and sauté it for about 2 mins. Then add cooked rice, salt, soy sauce, and pepper. Mix it well and cook for about 5 mins.
